Silkscreen printing onto rigid materials produces a strong vibrant image that is very durable and can be matched to any Pantone colour with tints screened at 60 lines per inch. Full colour silk screen can also be used on polypropylene products.

The introduction of full colour digital print technology allows a more competitive price against litho for the smaller runs. It is generally used for low quantity print runs, and for the customization of print media.
Paper Inserts Only
The litho printing process can print 4 to 5 colours at one time and extra colours such as gold or silver can be added too. Litho printing is fast, efficient and offers good value for money. For most printing projects it’s the perfect solution. Litho printing is best for print runs over 500; anything under this may be more cost effective to be printed by the digital printing process.
White PVC and Paper Inserts Only
Foil Blocking is very effective and can be used in one or more positions on the product. Standard die size is 5 x 5cm(25cm²) but larger images can be printed if required.
A thin plastic film that prevents the paper from becoming creased, sun damaged, wrinkled, stained, smudged, abraded and/or marked by grease, fingerprints. It also makes the finished product look and feel of a better quality.
Matt or Gloss
An image printed on top of graphics to selectively highlight certain areas, or straight onto the material to create a subtle branding effect.
Stamping a design into a surface to create a permanent impression. Standard die size is 5 x 5cm(25cm²) but larger images can be printed if required.
The dyes in the image are transferred from a carrier by a heat process and infused into the surface of the substrate.

A metal die with an impression cut into the surface is filled with an opaque engraving ink then pressed against paper creating raised areas of the paper coated with ink. Engraving creates the raised surface on the front of the paper.
