Artec | Polysmart Options

Using the polysmart selection flow charts, couldn't be easier. You can quickly identify your product choice and determine the order code from the chart (see example codings shown below each chart). The modular processes used, mean that literally thousands of variants are possible. You choose size, fittings, closures, pockets and alternative material options.

Ring Binders
Standard - 800mic White white_square or Clear Frosted frosted_square Polypropylene. With nickel mechanism and rivets, available in 2 or 4 ring options. Ring Binders are supplied fully assembled. Choose other colours of material from the Alternative Materials chart below

Wallets
Standard - 800mic White white_square or Clear Frosted frosted_square Polypropylene. Landscape format with half height flap, except for 25 and 50mm wallets with press stud closure, which have full height flap. Wallets are supplied flat unless with press stud closure, or at your request. Choose other colours of material from the Alternative Materials chart below

Folders
Standard - 500mic White white_square or Clear Frosted frosted_square Polypropylene. Portrait format with pocket on inside back. On A4 Folders, CD/Business card slits can be die cut in face of pocket if required. The flexibility of the material enables the capacity folder to hold 10-20 sheets of paper. Folders are supplied flat unless with press stud closure or at your request. Choose other colours of material from the Alternative Materials chart below

Self Adhesive or Welded Pockets can be added to any of the ring binders, wallets or folders on these pages.There are 5 internal pocket shapes from which to choose.

Alternative Materials
We can also produce polysmart options in a range of different substrates. The colours below are all available in 800mic, but colours shown with orange_square are also available in 500mic. White, Black, Clear Frosted and a limited number of other colours are available in 1200mic and 1800mic. Many other colours can be produced to order, providing at least 500kg(1/2 ton) of material is required (e.g. 2000 A4 wallets in 800 mic).
